Alongside the creation of performances, installations and compositions, my artistic practice develops through teaching, workshops, lectures, artistic research and collaborations with educational and cultural institutions.
These activities are not separate from my artistic work but emerge from the same questions, methods and ways of working. They create contexts in which ideas can be shared, tested and further developed through dialogue with students, artists, researchers and audiences.
The pages below present this practice from two complementary perspectives. One traces the long-term development of my work at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam; the other brings together workshops, lectures and artist talks developed in collaboration with universities, festivals and cultural institutions.
